Services

Deep Tissue

It's not about deep pressure and it's never about pain; it's about working with layers of muscle at a deeper level. Deep tissue massage techniques are used while working at a deeper level with the soft tissues of the body to bring about long-lasting relief from pain and discomfort, improving the range of motion in the affected joints and rehabilitating muscles that have lost strength or mobility due to soft tissue injuries or repetitive strain injuries.

Swedish Relaxation Massage

In today's fast-paced world, it's important to take time for yourself and relax. Full body Swedish Relaxation Massage is designed to increase relaxation, decrease stress, improve circulation of the blood and lymph in the body and reduce muscle tension. It's not just about indulgence; it's about taking time to care for your over-all well-being.

Trigger Point

A trigger point is a hyperirritable point in muscle tissue that brings about chronic local or referred pain, muscle weakness, muscle spasm, and loss of mobility. Trigger point therapy is designed to deactivate these points with compression, manual manipulation, and proper stretching. Often used in conjunction with Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy can help with conditions such as sciatica, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and tendonitis.

Table-Top Thai Massage

Slow compression, rhythmic movement, deep stretching, assisted yoga and acupressure work are the hallmarks of Thai massage. Please wear yoga-appropriate clothing. Sessions start at 90 minutes and can last for 120 minutes.
