About Gina
Hello!
I'm Gina Fluharty and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon, a Licensed Massage Practitioner in Washington and I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Washington State University.
People often ask me why I became a massage therapist and my answer is this: I want to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies. We live in a high-stress world and that takes a toll on us. We get aches and pains, we feel run-down, we want to be more active in our lives but those aches and pains slow us down. Well, I'm here to help with that. Massage is a perfect way to help reduce stress levels, increase relaxation, reduce pain and discomfort, increase circulation and improve over-all well-being.
In addition to the standard massage therapy curriculum, I have extensive training in Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. I graduated from one of Oregon's top-rated massage schools, East West College of the Healing Arts.
My office hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 2pm-7pm and Saturday from 8am-12pm. If you choose to schedule an appointment, please note that arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time would be highly beneficial so that there is ample time to fill out a simple form and assess what your needs are.
